Hola Wells,
This model is probably a very special model called "Aussie Pogue" which is distinguished by the rotatable dark inner ring. This model was sold mainly to Australia. I talked to the watchmaker Spencer Klein of Colorado, who is very well known in collectors' circles. Because of the numbers he confirmed that it is probably the Aussie Pogue. The clock has as an adjustable second day wheel beside the English daily abbreviations additionally Roman numerals. This is also an indication for the "Aussie Pogue".

Saludos!!
