Para los que no controlais mucho el ingles o los traductores
... Zenith y TAG Heuer junto con Cortech (Fabricante de cajas de relojes propiedad de TAG Heuer) se han fusionado en diciembre del 2009 en lo que ya se denomina "LVMH Swiss Manufactures SA", sobretodo a nivel legal y administrativo.Un saludo, y no dejeis de leer la noticia.

El artículo dice que de momento la fusión se limita a las estructuras que gestionan la parte legal, administrativa y financiera. Queda al margen la gestión productiva y comercial, lo que quiere decir que a priori los clientes no deberían percibir ningún cambio.
No obstante, el propio artículo se pregunta que ocurrirá a medio plazo pues duda que las cosas se detengan allí.
Tambien se dice claramente que la crisis a golpeado a la industría relojera suiza y que las ventas han descendido y que por tanto no será este el úncio movimiento de este tipo que veamos en los próximos meses. Cita el Ejemplo de Bvlgari, que deja de comercializar sus marcas independientes Gerald Genta y Daniel Roth.
O sea que se dibuja un horizonte con menos actores en el mercado, y con marcas que desapareceran o que perderan totalmente su independencia.

I'm with you. This will have an effect on Zenith purists. I think that's why they are very clear on saying that the merge will only be "administrative" for the moment.
We will see on time...

It would be interesting to know the opinion of Jean Frederic Dufour, CEO of Zenith's new about this.
Anyway I dont think any change is perceptible, at least perceptible to the final customer of both brands. Zenith is positioned in a range of business very different from TAG Heuer.
I do not think this goes beyond that now use administrative resources will be common.
