With the help of forum member Detroie (thank you!), I acquired this from the watch.ru market. It was a project watch from several years ago. One of 69 made, this is "lucky" 13 :)

IMG_2945.JPG IMG_2951.JPG 710 case, clean bezel. The dial is an unusual maroon color, and it makes it pretty clear where the watch originates from :)

IMG_2946.JPG I haven't transcribed the caseback (help?) but it is very nice and different from any other Vostok I have.

IMG_2947.JPG It has a signed crown, a little different from other signed crowns I have, looks like the non-stainless version.

IMG_2949.JPG In certain lighting the dial color appears less colorful, almost brown/black.

The seller included a cute little magnet as well. Again, no idea what it says...

Thanks for the video! I think I read in the watch.ru forum that it initially was slated for 50 watches but they upped it to 69. Makes sense considering the history aspect of it.

Concerning the caseback, the inscription means: Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.

In the magnet we can read simply Karelia.
