...bueno, ya llevo tiempo enamorado, pero era secreto. Ahora es un "secreto-a-voces".

¿Qué hago para conseguir uno?

Rolex 1655. Explorer II Steve McQueen de 1971 -pero el de la flecha naranja....no roja como en los modelos a partir de mediados de los '70-.

Para conseguirlo, digo yo, que lo mejor será tener mucho dinero, porque están muy, pero que muy buscados, como casi todos los vintages.
Por otro lado, es un modelo que a mi también me gusta mucho, pero a modo de curiosidad no sé porqué se le llama "Explorer Steve McQueen" cuando no existe ninguna foto de dicho actor con ese Rolex, si por el contrario, con el Submariner 5513.
En fin, cosas que pasan, ..., pero que no te quepa la menor duda de que es un modelo que enamora a mucha gente ...

un cliente mio lo tiene nuevecito y yo me lo puse en mi muñequita, precioso, pero muy caro 30.000€ rapidito si tiene todos su set. eso si es pequeño jordi y a ti te gustan mas grandes.

Ya, y si está como indicas me lo creo perfectamente, en el mundo del coleccionismo todo es posible, y es parte de su encanto, yo vi uno al natural, que para mi gana muchiiisimo más que en foto, aunque sigo pensando que ese importe lo preferiría pagar para otras piezas ( cuestión de gustos )Un saludo Pepe!

Ahorrar muuuuuucho dinero e ir aprendiendo todo lo posible del modelo porque hay mucho GMT master reconvertido a Explorer II... así que cuidadín. Fundamental en estos casos comprar a un vendedor de máxima confianza y autentificar el reloj en C.O. o mejor en Rolex España.

Yo vi uno al natural bastante trilladillo en un compra venta de Madrid..., y pedían 15.000 € sin papeles ni nada de nada.
Es precioso, pero es mucha pasta... y bueno, la aguja naranja es "de pega" porque no se puede sincronizar independiente así que sólo es util si no sales de una cueva... :-P el que no se consuela es porque no quiere... :D

La verdad que es un reloj precioso pero un poco caro, yo he tenido la suerte te tener uno en mis manos, de un conocido, que no sabe ni lo que tiene, y fue un rejalo de su padre.

Un vintage que parece bastante escaso por eso si precio es tan caro.

Pues si te gusta adelante Jordi, en vez de cambiarte de coche te compras un reloj de estos y dentro de 10 años si quieres tendrás el dinero otra vez o podrás disfrutar de esta pieza y si te lo gastas en un coche dentro de 10 años solo tendras "chatarra", mira si cambia gastarse el dinero en una cosa o otra

a mi me venden uno en estado practicamente NOS con certificado de revision en Rolex por 12000 euros y me lo estoy pensando :S...

jajajaja.. tienes mal gusto como yo.. es un reloj que en cuanto te lo pones enamora

pues nada, prepara unos 10 o 12mil eurillos y a por uno.. como las meigas... haberlos "haylos"

si te sirve de referencia hace poco un amigo mio se lo vendio por 11.000 y le costo lo suyo la verdad venderselo

Pues un poco a éso me refería. Este es uno de los Rolex vintage más buscados, y mantiene el precio. En vez de al Banco, al menos lo disfrutas. En lo del coche, efectivamente, ahora estoy pasando por un ejemplo como el que dices:
En dos años, pérdida de 33000€8o. Compras un coche barato, y el resto a por un Sub Red, y un flechón: y ahora no me pasaría lo del coche::bash::

Se me ocurre que también hay un Rolex flechón actual, y que personalmente me parece bastante más bonito, el Milgauss.

(Muy) caro eso de los 30.000 leuros viendo la página de Antiquorium. Parecen más realistas los 10-12.000 euros que cita Daytona.
