What is special about this movement?

The layout of this movement is based on a modular concept, which has become standard at the every top automotive company but was unheard of in the good old watch making industry until recently.
Without changing the height of the watch we are able to create 18 different functional variations on the dial side. By removing or adding parts we can modify the second, hour and minute indication adding small or big date and integrating a power reserve indicator.
For JONAS K1 we choose version Nr K1-15
