At this day i haven't got watch and of course no money
i 'll go to the police in France and complain about him

i have his real name, copy of his passeport but not his phone
i contact the bank to verifie if the name of his account and it's the same
he continu to write me and all the day i have a new appologie
first he say the watch is ship by correos after not
after he ship it whith fedex 2,5 weeks ago !
so i told him to refund my money he say he made it more than one week and i have nothing of course no watch and no money, two day ago he told me he refund by paypal but no paypal ....

A subsidiary of Correos (Cronoexpress) is associated to Fedex... If he can't give you the tracking number, he has not sent the watch.

International bank to bank transfers take up to 10 days to clear depending on the bank, you could be finding some problems from that side. Nevertheless I would go to the Police or even locate a french lawyer in Spain that could talk to spanish police...

Go to Police then. Don't wait even a minute... and try to find a french speaking lawyer that could give you legal assistance on how to proceed.
