A.Cairelli is a storical brand of the italian and international army watchmaker, it has given cronographs to the Regia Aereonautica and to the Italian Air Force.
The central site was in Via del Corso in Rome, where there were checked the cronographs adapting them to the flight demand of that time.
Our pilots were flying on Fiat, Caproni, Savoia-Marchetti, Breda and on their wrist they had a watch prepared by Cairelli.
At the end of the 60s Cairelli stopped his activity. For the entier 70s people can still find some cronographs perfectly preserved, in a second time they become rare and attempted.
Nowadays the A.Cairelli's production is made by original and actual projects, according to the professional requirements of the civil and army employ.
